Frankly if the review panel actually did its job this would happen a bit more
But every club and every player appeals everything so the process falls apart. I would love to give cards out for those players that fail to look at the ref when being addressed or shake their head at him or worst of all wag their finger as if to suggest that he has got it wrong but that they deign to accept his opinion because they are better than him.

The first few games would see a few abandonments through lack of players but after that it would get better.
