What about the medical aspect?
Not to be a prude, but shouldn't all these tails of sugary foodstuffs being inserted in damp, dark and warm places come with a health warning?
I mean, it doesn't take much to feed a yeast infection...

Don't worry, fanjeetas are full of plenty of nutrients for candida anyway, but are nicely acidic and full of friendly lactobacilli which prevent candida getting a hold.
This is why live yoghurt is good for a dose of thrush (it contains fanny bugs).
