This is a question Little Victories

I recently received a £2 voucher from a supermarket after complaining vociferously about the poor quality of their own-brand Rich Tea biscuits, which I spent on more tasty, tasty biscuits. Tell us about your trivial victories that have made life a tiny bit better.

It's as different as your imagination allows it to be, FSS.
Little victories don't have to result in you having the last laugh, though I own they will often generate stuff.

Y'know - finally getting custody of your kids, getting the promotion you've been overlooked for, getting the bastard back for that thing they did - they won't necessarily be laughter-filled but they'll make interesting reading.

Getting custody of the kids...
...a LITTLE victory? Are you a matrimonial mediator Vagabond?

Well you know how boring parents are.
they tell you how much they love their kids how they're wonderful how it's all worth it yadda yadda yadda but then moan when you invite them for a beer about how they're so tired all the time and they've got to go back and sort the kids out and they've got no money anyway etc.

So - it's a victory, albeit a short-lived one.

They seem like a good idea at the time.
