Thanks for thatI've not made a very good job of explaining what went on here, I'm sorry - one of the side effects of sneakily posting whilst working...
To summarise:
a) Maxine is lovely
b) I'm not
c) Woman 'B' is a fucking homicidal nutjob
But what Maxine did for me is incredible - that was the point I was trying to make and I stand by it 100%.
It's really, really fucking sad. The end.
