The Raz
Otherwise known as Blue Angel, Liverpool.

A place you don't wear nice clothes, and especially not white clothes other than ones you never want to use again due to 'Raz Juice' stains.

A place where if you're taller than 5 foot 7. your head scrapes the ceiling.

A place where sweat drips from the ceiling and seeps from the walls.

A place we know.

A place we love.

where it's situated in a cellar dark as sin.

a place where you're in a sauna that smells of sickly sweet piss with the waft of poo.

The carpet was always sticky till they replaced it with wood flooring, now its a slippery hazard. I'd have hated to be the people who had to pull up the carpet....

I was waiting for someone to speak up about the raz. My housemates and I used to have the little room under the stairs in our student house dedicated as the-room-where-all-our-shitty-raz-jeans-and-shoes-are-kept.

Didn't mater if its a monday night for the 80p pints or thursday nights for the fat frog vibe that place is legendary.

Favourite past time of mine was standing underneath the vents and waiting for KC and the sunshine band to come on before punching seven bells out of them and seeing a whole load of suspended sweat rain down on everyone, fannytastic.
