Do you have recurring dreams? I do, there's a few, but mostly they involve water or a big house I now know well but have never been in.

This can prove to be a massive pain in the arse when the slow realisation actually dawns.

and I've opened my eyes but I'm unable to move. Very distressing indeed, I feel wrecked afterwards.

that you're awake before your brain realises you've woken up. But the feeling of not being able to move, impending doom, burglars etc, is all entirely consistent of sleep paralysis. It's a shit scary unpleasant experience.

I always panic that there's someone in the room just outside my field of vision and I can't turn my head to look at them and I can't make a sound either.
Stupid brain :(

Basically, when you go to sleep, your brain paralyses your body so you don't act out your dreams and hurt yourself.
Sometimes you wake up before you become un-paralysed, and even though you're wide awake, you physically can't move a muscle or utter a sound.
What makes it worse is that it's accompanied by hallucinations where you can hear and see people in the room. Whenever I get it, I've learned not to panic anymore, just try to go back to sleep. After a few minutes I wake up normally anyway.

One of them I'd be dragged backwards off the bed and down the room, and when I'd wake up from it, I actually had to look around to see if I wasn't moving 'cus it would still feel like I was being dragged.
Another one, I'd be in a weird state where I can tell exactly whats going on in the telly, but I couldn't move very well, like I was pissed almost to the point of unconciousness. And then I'd roll out of bed or off the couch and suddenly I'd be on the couch again where I was sleeping, knowing that before was a dream, but I wouldn't be able to move well, so I'd fall off the couch again and kaplowie, I 'wake up'.... repeat over and over for hours,
only thing is, when I finally woke up for real, I'd know exactly what had gone on the telly or radio excactly as if I had been watching it awake.... even visuals.
ME MEMEMEEMEMME
Oh my days, absolutly mental day, I've been from home (enfield), to cockfosters to T'ham Court Road to Notting Hill to Hammersmith to T'ham Court Road to Finsbury Park and then back home. 5 appointments in total.
Two recruitment agents seemed to really like me and wants to put me through to their clients.
One company I *think* will want me but I'm not 100% sure about if I want their role.
One company I seriously fucking wow'd, he loved me seriously big time, and it felt more like I was interviewing him for most of it.... trouble is, it would reform a massive brand that everyone here has heard of, but there is no dedicated team, it'll eventually be just me, when really I like being in a team of people.
And the other two were doctors and seeing some legal people unrelated ot all this.

Proper kicking off, I've done too much today and now I'm all shakey with blisters and over tired and over stressed and over worked and over over I ended up buying £30 of sushi and a new hard drive on my travels.

Evening Bobby.
Did the football team you like score more goals than the one you dislike?

Well I got a load done today and wanted to watch the footy. I did the online mock exam and nailed that, learnt my Welsh transcript, finished an assignment and revised one of three exam topics.

The last one I can remember I was in Westfields and walked the wrong way up the escalators and a security guard gave me a £100 fine. Then I woke up.

about halfway up the stairs there was a room with a concrete floor which was only supported on two sides. So stepping off the stairs you had a clear view down a foot sized gap between the floor and the wall to the ground about 40 feet below. Always put the shits up me.
