I love my wife
but I could cheerfully strangle the last flicker of life out her when she proceeds to help herself to my chips after assuring me (usually more than once) that she doesn't want anything from the chippy.

Stolen chips dont have any calories in them
same as broken biscuits.

Don't you know anything?
Chips bought by the SO are fair game as they are calorie free. In fact all chips (or cake) which is not on your own plate is entirely devoid of calorific value.

Fact.

See!
Two replies one minute after you posted.

Therefore they are correct.

There was a brilliant ad a few years ago
in which a couple is at poolside and the man asks the woman if she'd like some orange juice. "No thanks, I'll just have a sip of yours."

Cut back to the cow slugging down the last of a glass and saying with wide-eyed innocence, "Oh, did I just drink all your orange juice?"

The man smiles and produces another glass. "No, you just drank yours."

His reply was a lot more polite than mine would have been.

Go On.
Strangle her. No (male) jury would convict.

Justifiable homicide.

Cheers

Chips taste better ....
When they belong to somebody else.

Fact!

I would NEVER do this...
But my husband does. It pisses me off. Why can't he just say yes, I want some bloody chips/toast/biscuits/drink? What is he? A woman? God damm. And then I have to go and get said item after he starts eating mine 20 minutes after I originally asked.

Any other males do this, or is it a strictly a female thing? If so, I'm worried about my husband.

I don't mind sharing
if I'm asked, or if I'm told ahead of time- I'll gladly get more than I want so I can share. But telling someone "No thanks, I don't want any" and then stealing theirs anyway? Fucking rude.

Once I'll overlook. Twice I'll be annoyed but let it go. The third time I get snarky. After that, I'll smack your hands.

My and my boyfriend
had an agreement early on after "the dessert incident". We order two, I eat what I want. and he gets everything I leave.
