Apparentlyit is 5g. However, I must stress that talk of 'legal limits' and the like is probably not entirely accurate. I think it's more a guideline. Unlike our plastic coppers, the dutch police will actually take circumstances into consideration, and possibly even give you some tips for next time.

Cannibis is perfectly illegal, this is just the prosecution limit.
However, if found by the police when they're being the police the 3 plants will be confiscated and the 5g may be.
