Supposedly...On my mother's side there was a Duke, however he seems a bit dodgy - "The Duke having been attainted of treason for acting in favour of the pretender, and his estates confiscated". Pa's side is solid Glaswegian criminal stock, shipped here to Australia for thieving good hard cash.
