I still don't get it.I mean if you're trying to attract the fairer sex, do you want them to think your glutes are two feet wide and resemble plywood?
And I don't think it's a race thing as I've seen lots of multi cultural dorks with BELTED pants like that.
While we're at it, I really dislike hats worn backwards and at an angle or the dreaded upside-down-and-backward-visor. Ugggggghhhhhh.
On the other hand, I spoke to a cop once who loved that fashion as it was easier to catch them once they ran.
