Possibly the best newspaper headline ever
Back in 2000, Caledonian Thistle (ever the also rans of Scottish football) beat Glasgow Celtic (Normally guaranteed a win in a matchup like this) 3-1. The next day, the sport headline in the Scottish Sun was:

Super Caley go ballistic, celtic are atrocious.

As punning headlines go, this one is difficult to beat.

And another thing
Not sure that a club that has only existed for 15 years, managing three promotions in that time to reach the SPL can be described as "also rans" - there's plenty other much more worthy candidates for that accolade...
