What have you flounced out of? Did it have the impact you intended? What made you quit in the first place?

Sorrybut that's impossible. Is there something you aren't telling us? because otherwise you could, as has already been said, have them over a barrel for unfair dismissal.
But it has to be said I'm seriously sceptical that any company would ever sack anyone for what you've just written. Is that really the whole story?
