I think something to do with the "genuine historical fact" that the only people to oppress any other people are white skinned and blue eyed.

Incidentally, if you want to experience racism as a white person, go to east Africa and enjoy being called a Mzungu, usually spat at you in that special way southern americans talk about ... well ... anyone else
