Its not a exactly a blanket policy.Even for visiting as tourists.. Some countries have a harder time getting in than others.
If youre born in Spain you can walk into the UK without answering a single question.
If youre born in the United States then you can walk into the UK saying "Im here to see Big Ben, and Im going home next week"
If you're born in South Africa you gotta prat applying for visas hoping they'll let you in.
