Good bossLast year I turned up for a twelve hour Sunday shift and I was struggling with life, the universe and everything. The duty manager would let you flounder if he didn't think you were pulling your weight, but he carried me through that shift. I would go to do things and they had already been done. Calls that would normally be transferred to me were dealt with. No fuss. No comment and it was greatly appreciated.
