The problem is...They want to be noticed, but they want to be noticed only by the cute guys like that hot vampire in Twilight.
They want the creepy guys to leave them alone and the hot guys to notice them but not think they're easy.
As a friend said about a college classmate's vanity license plate "NOT EZ," that's pretty much the first clue she is, isn't it?
