Best customer question ever:I'm busy reading the description cards to a woman shopping for a Palm Pilot, and I say "And this one has a camera" . . . she looks up at me and asks:
"What does it do?"
I so wish that I had explained that when you push the button it creates a jpeg file.
I told my manager and she immediately came back with "It bakes a cake!"
