Personally, last month a scantily clad young woman confused me with her fiance, with whom I share a first and last name. I'm still not sure she's noticed, but she's going to be mortified when she does.

Teenage emo angstSomeone I know, who happened to be on my facebook, changed her status to 'fucking hates everyone'.
I don't talk to people who hate me, and now ignore her every time I see her. As do several others that I know.
