Since laughing at Americans is now the order of the day...I was watching the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace, and an American woman and her husband were standing next to me. She started reading aloud to her husband from her guidebook: "This redbrick palace was built in... But wait a second - those aren't red bricks! Are we at the right place?"
My girlfriend elbowed me hard in the ribs for laughing so loud.
