But a knownside effect of Prozac - and all SSRIs - is anorgasmia (eg, you can't come) and reduced libido. I would be surprised if this could actually happen, as I can't imagine how it would work.

It wouldn't.Also, it tends to take a week or two of regular use to have anything like an effect. A friend of mine 'borrowed' one of my Prozac once because he thought it would calm him down for a presentation and all he got out of it was epic heartburn.
