This is a question The Boss

My chief at a large retail chain used to decide on head office redundancies by chanting "One potato, two potato" over the staff list. Tell us about your mad psycho bosses - collect your P45 on the way out.

tippng / min wage
having worked in bars/kitchens for five years now i know why it's so important to tip... for a start, earning minimum wage is NOT enough to live on - must of m.w. places have schemes or bonuses that add to wages. Wthout tips its hard to make a living.
As for exeptional service, what more do people want? When you tip *generally* it is shared between all staff. So if your food was tasty, staff where polite, friendly and did everythng you asked in reasonable time what more needs to be done for a tip??
