My Great-Uncle left me his visitors book which along with boring people like the Queen and Harold Wilson has Spike Milligan's signature in it. It's all loopy.

WellThat's a reasonable excuse for doing some work I suppose. I would just let the place fall apart, demand a pay rise, then do some work.
And yes, he surely is wearing his hat. It looks kind of like a tiny beanie, I made it from a wrist band. And he is good.
