My Great-Uncle left me his visitors book which along with boring people like the Queen and Harold Wilson has Spike Milligan's signature in it. It's all loopy.

I can't improve on what's already been saidIn spite of your most unfortunate start in life, it appears you've grown into a healthy-minded individual. I'd also bet that if you have children of your own, you'll make a damn fine parent.
Lots of mothers take time to bond with their babies - the fact that your mother didn't even attempt the process, as Loon said, is reprehensible.
Yet, ultimately, you still maintain some sort of relationship with the woman...
