This is a question Starting something you couldn't finish

Finnbar says: I used to know a guy who tattooed LOVE across his left knuckles, but didn't tattoo HATE on the other knuckles because he was right-handed and realised he couldn't finish. Ever run out of skills or inspiration halfway through a job?

Oh I do this all the time...
One of my favourite things to do is start painting a room, and stop halfway through because I can't be arsed to do anymore.
That also applies to tidying things.

I'm quite tidy.
But when tidying once a stoner friend said to me "Tidying ... man ... that's a job that, once started, never ends ..."

He has a point
I keep starting to sort out all the paperwork stacked up about the diningroom, the majority of which is bills and other such stuff. Don't get me wrong, they're getting paid, just not organised. I sorted a shitload of them into ring binders, but I never finished the task.

I started again yesterday and nearly finished. I did find credit card statements from two years ago though.

Haha!
I still have a patch in the corner of the bedroom unpainted. Its been that way since last year, and I, of course, keep meaning to get around to finishing it...

My mum used to beg me to not help her tidy up the house.

I started painting my bathroom three years ago.
Last weekend, I went up for a wee, then left five hours later.

I even painted the ceiling.
