Double F and I went to see it with some mates.We made the very sensible choice of going to the pub first. I was pissed so that made the experience a little more interesting. Poor old Double F though. He tried reasoning and was trying to convince himself he liked it, being a Star Wars fan since having seen the original at the picture when he was six. He went to see it with another mate and still the inner turmoil and wrangling were eating him up.
Then we went to see Send In The Clones and that was it.

It was a similar thing for meI saw Jedi in 1983 when I was 6 and really wanted to experience the excitement I felt as a child.
