This is a question Waste of money

I once paid a small fortune to a solicitor in a legal case. She got lost on the way to court, turned up late with the wrong papers and started an argument with the judge, who told her to "shut up, for the love of God". A stunning investment.

Thanks to golddust for the suggestion

Tried the Allan Carr book?

www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/014103940X

It's fiver, the price of a pack of fags. If you really want to stop it's worth a go.
I stopped (20 a day) 6 years ago with it and never looked back.

Best of luck.

I bought the "Stop Smoking Without Putting On Weight" book
not for me, one for my sister and one for my fuck buddy her mate, for Christmas. Both are now non-smokers.

The "Stop Smoking in 60 Minutes" DVD seems to be a good bet as well. Sister's fiance is going to have a crack at that, 'cos he can't be arsed to read the book.

Of course, another thing to consider is that one a day = £100 a year. 20 a day? That's a brand new decent-brand plasma TV every six months.
