Hmm...I think you may need to be more specific. For example, if you really didn't want to be with someone, and they really didn't want to be with you, that'd meet your criteria - and yet would, I suspect, be somewhat unpleasant and unfulfilling. Even assuming it was someone with whom you wanted to be, and who wanted to be with you, the notion that they're currently 'fucking out there somewhere' would mean you get sloppy second, at best.
I suggest 'I would like to meet someone whose company I would genuinely enjoy, and who would reciprocally enjoy mine. I hope you're out there somewhere, remaining chaste.'
