Do it!I was the same. I really envied people in the posh boxes so I got my boyfriend seats in a box for a show we were seeing on his birthday.
We're both tall and chunky blokes so the extra space and legroom was fantastic. The price was exactly the same as seats in the circle.
Visibility was a bit rubbish though and there was the horrible feeling that everyone in the theatre was looking at us.
All of the above depends on the venue, of course. This was at the Buxton Opera House but I guess the Albert Hall would be completely different.
