Those dot matrix signs on motorways properly give me the pip.
Easter weekend, driving down to the in-laws through some of the most horrendous weather ever, can barely see the lights of the cars in front (those which actually had their lights on, but that's a different rant), when, hoving dimly out of the miasma ahead of me comes the sign with the edifying report "SPRAY. SLOW DOWN".
...and don't even get me started on the "SLOW - CONGESTION" warnings. Forty minutes in a queue staring at the same damn sign informing me that the road might be a bit busy. Pillocks.
Right. Of for lunch and a re-fluff :)
