Circles are always hard.
You kind of have to roll your finger as you draw to compensate for the shit touchpadness.

Also, you do little bits of a line at a time, and lift off and come back.
Rather than doing it all in one movement.

i find using the white with the right-click smoothes the lines off nicely (well makes them more jagged actually lol) while using the mouse
kinda gives this effect
