...but human error will always exist and I'd rather humans weren't left in charge of fission reactors that could render the entire country a radioactive wasteland.

# I disagree. Human error is accepted and wasn't the only factor in Chernobyl at all. That whole fiasco could've been prevented 10 times over at various stages, but for various reasons was not.
