Police are looking for a suspect in an usual crime, involving the theft of a large number of acacias plants and traffic cones during the St. Patricks Day celebrations this year in Upper Lower Bumsted.
The suspect is described as around 14ft tall, thin build and an unusual disproportionate neck. He is also described as having an unconvincing Mockney accent and the use of outdated swears.
