# That jogged my memory a bit -
A recording by a sound collage artist known as Orchid Spangiafora did a LP many years ago called "Flee Past Ape's Elf" - he used that line in one piece named "Dime Operation" made up of old radio and TV advertisement slogans.

Since everything is now on the Internets, I found a website by the artist:
www.orchidspangiafora.com - he does visual collages as well.
