I'm not a connoisseur of these things (arf), but it is fascinating reading.
(The restaurant took the incident very very seriously, but rather panicked, misdentified the problems, and — petrified about bad publicity — hired a confidential but unfortunately unsuitable private agency for help, rather than ask the local county food-safety experts...)
