But because its so old, wont the gore look dead fake, and the effects be bad?Mind you - i was surprised how grim the original texas chainsaw massacre was (considering its age) when i saw it for the first time about 5 years ago. The whole 'old man sucking the blood out of her finger bit' was well fooked up.

I personally think the gore is done rather well in this film.Trust me when I say there are far more recent films with much worse gore in than Cannibal Holocaust.
