speedit plays fine in the animation timeline in photoshop, then when i go to the 'save for web' window to optimize the gif it either plays realy fast or really slow. If i export it it usually plays about 2 times to slow in chrome and explorer. i Think it could be something to do with the way im cutting every other frame out in AE. ill let you know if i figure it out cheers
