Deepak Chopra is Chairman, CEO, and Founder (but not the more famous Deepak Chopra.) But even more twisted is the fact that Michael Chertoff' (AKA Skeletor #1, the failed head of Homeland Security ) is the shadow head of the company. BTW, Skeletor #2 is Rick Scott, the current governor of Florida.
