The worst thing is bedroom doors with that pointless little window above them, so that when someone turns on the light in the landing or the bathroom, the whole bloody room lights up.

What idiot thought that would be a good idea?

but they have to have the door wide open and the hall light on, so the room is flooded with light. if i shut the door, they have a total meltdown, so i can't win.
