Yes..But if the chap is say, 15, and the lady was 17..it's pretty obviously not going to be 'abuse'. If we're being totally honest.

Oh no..I'm not doubting the illegality of it. I just know if a 17 year old asked ME for a bit of slap and tickle..I wouldn't go reporting her.
