well trust me
he didn't. I know he may be a little extreme sometimes, but he's not a mentalist. He just wore a special suit for the front cover of the Mechanical Animals album where he was meant to look like some alien gender-hybrid thing, with both a groin-bulge and breasts, but trust me, they were just as removable as his socks.
