# In my local newspaper last week
there was an article entitled "Kipper Rage" in which an angry pensioner who refused to pay for the ridiculously overpriced kippers in sainsburys slapped the checkout assistant with said kippers and ran off.

Took up a whole article. It's terrible the greivous crimes being comitted these days....

# Hey
Do not knock crimes like that...
Ananova makes a whole website out of them!

# So it does
but I'm sure the Herts Advertiser has much more hard hitting crimes to report - for example, Mavis Greenbury's 102nd birthday. Mavis is a parrot.

# Wow
now that is cutting edge... sounds like my local paper the Teesdale Mercury... I did work experience there, the highlight of the two weeks was reporting on a sheep show in the pouring rain.

# I love my local paper
I've been in it 4 times. Thrice because I looked cute when I was at my primary school and they wanted to show how great schools were, once because me and my sisters entered a karaoke competition as the Spice Girls.

Edit: How rude of me. Woo to pic!
