take 2 peices of toast.
smear peanut butter on one.
slice a banana. Put slices on peanut butter.
take five or six rashers of bacon. Place on top of sliced banana.
put second peice of toast on toast. Gently compress.
Heat frying pan up. Fry whole butty both sides.
repeat procedure until shitting yourself to death.
