With an image that simple,the only thing that would really count against you is the fact that you yourself are asking whether or not it's plagiarism. That implies knowledge of guilt. If you removed that first line, people would just see a smiley face that could resemble any number of characters if you adjusted the proportions a tiny wee bit.
