Or just take a normal pack and change 200mg to 200g - that'd do it.
Nasty way to die though, most people don't actually intend to kill 'emselves with it (just a cry for help) and end up it hospital going "phew that was close" only to be told that they've done themselves unrecoverable liver damage and they'll die horribly in a couple of weeks.
