Mod edit: Fixed it for you, balloonman. You need the address of the actual picture. Right click on the picture once you've uploaded it, select 'properties', and then copy that address.

This is what you tried to post. That's not a picture, it's a webpage, so it won't work.
You need to:
1) Right-click on the actual picture.
2) Choose "properties" to find out the real address of the picture.
3) Copy that address, make sure you get all of it.
4) Paste it into the following code: <img src="ADDRESS GOES HERE">
