Has the government finally seen sense and abolished all those piss-poor excuses for higher education institutions, thus saving the taxpayer billions every year, re-injecting value into degrees, and stoppin thousands of youngsters from getting massively into debt by forcing them to start earning their way in life from the age of 18?
