They use the excuse that they dont advertise. They are full of adverts for their own stations, freeview packages, magazine etc etc. Do BBC3 and 4 show adverts?(i only have terrestrial channels)

I want BBC to use my licence fee to buy the Simpsons. Now that's gone to C4, there isn't much else I watch on the BBC. So what am I getting for my hundred quid a year.
