I think you must have an unusual brain.For most of the population, the brain finds it difficult to distinguish that the mouth/eyes are the wrong way up if the picture is the wrong way up.
I looked at one of those Maggie thatcher ones (the one at www.michaelbach.de/ot/fcs_thompson-thatcher/ ) and it kinda worked, but isn't really seamless enough.
