chav: awight mate i need compensation cos i couldn't make calls all day
me: this will be due to the network congestion in london due to the bombings, we've doubled the network capacity but unfortunately there is nothing else we can do at the moment. we've been advised to inform customers to keep calls short etc etc
chav: but i havn't been able to use my minutes! i need my phone!
me: lots of people have died today i'm sure you'd appreciate lots of people are worried and concerned - hence the congestion. it should be fine tomorrow.
chav: but i want compensation!
me: sick fuck *hangs up*
