I am very sorry to hear that you have no source of fire to light your cigarette with, may I suggest that you try 'matches' which are widely available at all newagents, public houses, supermarkets and petrol filling station. Matches usually cost anything from eight pence to fifteen pence. You could also try a 'lighter' which are available from the places I mentioned above and car boot sales. If matches or lighters can not be obtained then I recommend the common household toaster or cooker. I hope these suggestions have been of some help.
